Description:      Aronia berries (also known as Black Chokeberries) have the highest concentration of natural phenolic acid anti-oxidants of any edible berry. These anti-oxidants include anthocyanidins, proanthocyanidins and polyphenols all of which are well known “free-radical fighters” and give the extract an extremely high ORAC value.

Our extract is manufactured in Germany by Kaden Biochemicals GmbH. The richness of the berries is concentrated and protected using a proprietary extraction technique. In recent years, studies on Aronia berry extract have demonstrated numerous health-benefiting properties, including reduction in blood pressure, the oxidation of LDL cholesterol, detoxification, anti-inflammatory properties and inhibition of cytokines (TNFα and IL-6).
